Statistics of line infantry

As far as I prefer line infantry tactics i`ll start with lines...
Below is a table of line infantry statistics. It doesn't includes additional units (like moscow musketeers $ others) just lines.
In close future i`ll post same tables about light infantry & guard units.

So, what do we see from all of this?
English lines are the best, & Russians are the worst. Is it only my, that finds something strange in it???

But of course, in-game, it increases the difficulty and challenge to play as russia in MP/campaign Surprised

i do understand that they have done that not just to make me angry (& other 140 millions of russians), but because of full absence of history knowledge.
